TEAMTALK 5 SDK LICENSE AGREEMENT

Use of the files in the TeamTalk 5 SDK is not permitted until you have
carefully read this license agreement. By using any of the files in
the TeamTalk 5 SDK you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
stated in this this agreement.

DEFINITIONS

"TeamTalk 5 SDK" is a software product owned by BearWare.dk. "License
Key" is a unique code issued by BearWare.dk, or one of its resellers,
to identify you (either an individual or a single entity) as a license
owner. "End-user application" means the software being developed by
you which will be using files included with the TeamTalk 5 SDK.


COPYRIGHT

BearWare.dk is the copyright holder of the TeamTalk 5 SDK and its
accompanying compiled units, documentation and sample code.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply for the use of the TeamTalk
5 SDK:

A. Each License Key authorizes one (1) developer to install the
   TeamTalk 5 SDK on multiple computers for development and
   testing. Additional License Keys must be acquired for each
   additional software developer who installs the TeamTalk 5 SDK.

B. The owner of a License Key is authorized to develop multiple
   end-user application which use the TeamTalk 5 SDK.

C. The owner of a License Key is authorized to redistribute unlimited
   copies of their end-user applications.

D. The owner of a License Key is authorized to run multiple TeamTalk
   servers in support of their end-user applications.

E. The owner of a License Key is entitled to free updates of all minor
   versions of the TeamTalk 5 SDK.

F. Copyright, trademark or any other proprietary notices may not be
   removed from files in the TeamTalk 5 SDK.


LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER "AS IS" AND ANY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF
SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE
OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN
IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
